It's time for us to pump up those Yoga Skills!! Join us for a 6 class Vinyasa Yoga program focusing on a progress of beginner and intermediate skill vinyasa. The goal is to create a body positive and shared sacred space while improving our skills in Yoga and provide a full body workout. Classes are held every Wednesday at 7pm instructed by Angela Dawn starting April 25th, 2018. We will spend 6 weeks learning vinyasa yoga designed for all levels and for all body type.
As a curvy woman, Angela Dawn (RYT500) often felt left out of the larger conversation about health and fitness, even after managing and improving two autoimmune conditions with a healthy lifestyle and regular yoga practice. Yoga Teacher training not only allowed her to steer the conversation her way, but also towards anyone, anywhere, who was feeling excluded.
ngela has trained in south India, New York City, and the Thousand Islands. Certified as a Yoga For All instructor by Dianne Bondy, she has completed training in Hatha, Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative yoga, and trauma-Informed yoga. Through alignment-based mandala flow she encourages her students to build strength and stability in the bodies they inhabit at the moment, rather than waiting for some future perfected version of themselves that may or may not come.

This is a package class. There will be no single tickets sold for this event.
Although, we are a women community, please be aware that we are welcome to all bodies, whether they are TRANS, QUEER, or MALE. Please be aware that this is a body positive and fat positive class. ALL are welcome.
You have 14 business days before the first class to cancel your package to receive a full refund.
We will not allow late entry in our classes more than 10 minutes after class begins. After getting feedback from many of our students, staff and teachers about classes starting and ending on time, we have updated this policy. Any late arrivals disrupt the flow of class, and this policy is a courtesy to fellow students who were here on time. In order to start AND end class on time, we will no longer allow latecomers more than 5 mins after class is set to start.
Note: If you do arrive within the first 10 mins of class, please enter the studio quietly. After class, check back with our staff at the desk, to make sure we don't have any other questions for you.
INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
In case of inclement weather or other potentially dangerous situations, we will make the decision to cancel classes or workshops at least 2 hours ahead of time. Class will be reschedule at will of availability.
