The BOOTYFUL BOOTCAMP workout consists of cardio drills (set to throwback hip-hop/r&b beats!) to get the heart rate up paired with bodyweight and resistance strength training exercises lift and sculpt the glutes, legs and core!
Here's the catch - we're also throwing partner exercises into the mix to really get the party going - and to get stronger as a team!
CRYSTAL WILLIAMS BIO:
Crystal Williams is an ACE Fitness Trainer/Group Exercise Instructor certified in Spinning, Schwinn MPower Indoor Cycling, as well as TRX Functional Training. A few years ago, she found her way to fitness after watching both her parents pass away from cancer. Distraught, she sought out fitness as a means of healing from grief.
After experiencing a nearly 70-lb weight loss, Crystal began to discover she enjoyed the changes to her lifestyle which transformed her mind, body and spirit, and wanted to help those desiring the same. She dedicates her life to encouraging others to live their lives with enthusiasm and courage to become their best selves, mentally, physically and emotionally.
