Self Care Session | Self Love Visionary Workshop
Prayer Hands Together because 2018 about to be Stress-LESS and More Focus. Join us for some self awareness, self love, and self acceptance by gentle flow yoga and sensory meditation to ease your mind set to the tune of some smooth R&B. Instructed by Yoga Instructor, Elise Fletcher.
After we have open our mind, body, and soul, we will move towards with setting some goal, leading to meaningful conversations on the obstacles that prevent our personal growth. For the finale, we will get those creative juices flowing and build our own vision board.
This is a body positive, fat positive, and a community space. Please feel free to come with a friend or come alone. Our goal is to promote self awareness, self love, and community.
